Jeg skal innrømme at jeg er svak for ølet fra Southern Tier. De lager kraftfulle øl med mye smak, og det liker jeg! Ihvertfall innimellom. Denne er kullsort med mokah(!)skum og lukter søt kaffe og sjokolade. Smaken er fyldig og en tanke skarp i kantene. Her er det en melkesjokoladeaktig smak som står i sentrum. Det finnes også smakes som kaffe, brunt sukker, litt karamell og en viss fruktighet. En herlig dessertøl!
