Fra fat på The Porterhouse i Dublin. Gyllen farge med tett skum. Har en lukt som minner om gjærede epler.  Litt tørr i smaken med en litt pappaktig ettersmak som forsterker følelsen av tørrhet. Har en blomsteraktig følelse i munnen. Fin humleprofil.
