Svært mørk til å være en bokk. Tynt skum. Lukter av milde kryddere og godt lagret ost (heter det melkesyre?). Smaken inneholder nellik, kanel og banan, i tillegg til en god ettersmak av grønne epler. En «morsom» øl å drikke. Spennende med øl som har så mange forskjellige smaksnyanser.
